 Attaches point cloud to the drawing



This command is developed to attach point cloud files to a drawing. Point clouds are collections of data points defined by X, Y, and Z coordinates, typically used to represent the external surface of an object or the topography of a terrain.

Upon execution, in the command window users can browse and select the desired point cloud file to attach or a folder.

User then specifies the point cloud data name.

Users can specify insertion points, scales, and rotation for the point cloud data, aligning it correctly with the existing drawing elements with given dialog.

Time needed to generate point cloud is shown in dialog box in right-down corner.

Supported formats are: .e57,.hspc,.las,.laz,.pts,.ptx,.rcp,.rcs
