Captures geographic map image

This command allows users to place a snapshot of a geographic map into their current drawing:

Having loaded the map user first selects the portion of the map using rectangular selection and then captures the rectangular selection of the map as images.

The inserted map image is based on the drawing's geographic location settings.

After user uses the command to turn off the online map the captured image remains.
